Our Shipping / Delivery Methods - FAQs Updated May 2010
We ship to United States addresses only. Package tracking numbers and delivery status are both available for every order by accessing your "Order History" and the "Track & Confirm" feature at USPS.com.
Packages are delivered by the USPS (United States Postal Service), using 1st Class Mail, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail. Not all options are available for all orders. During checkout you may have options to choose your shipping / delivery method; choices of options depend on final package size and weight.
You can see expected delivery estimates for products as you add them to your Shopping Cart: generally 1-2 weeks. If an expected order delivery is delayed, you will be notified and given the option to accept delayed delivery or cancel your order.

Payment Options
Payments may be made via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit cards through our integrated secure online Merchant Account payment processing system. Also, PayPal users may also choose to purchase products using their PayPal account using our Express Checkout option available.
